Easy Crepe Recipe
This is one of my FAVORITE things to make on New Years with my family. We put ice cream inside of the crepes and have a topping bar complete with caramel, fudge, strawberries and nuts.
Materials:
4 eggs
1/4 C. melted butter 2 1/4 C. milk
2 C. flour
2 T. powdered sugar 1/4 tsp. salt
Blender
Instructions:
Put all ingredients in a blender and mix well. Let sit in refrigerator at least one hour before using. Pour crepe batter into a pie tin and use an electric crepe maker to dip into batter. Stir in 1 additional tablespoon of flour if using right away to reduce air bubbles.
Game Changer: We use a handheld electric crepe maker to pump out crepes for our friends. 10/10 recommend. It is way easier than using a pan or the traditional crepe maker. To take he crepe off the maker, I use a knife or an icing spatula.
