Best (and easiest) Queso Ever

This is my go-to for parties and get togethers. It takes very little time to make, which is a huge bonus!

Ingredients:

1 32-ounce block Velveeta cheese

1 8-ounce package cream cheese

1 10-ounce can Rotel with Green Chiles

1 10.75-ounce can cream of mushroom soup

1 pound ground beef

Directions:

  1. Brown grown beef in a skillet over medium heat, drain and set aside.

  2. Cut Velveeta and cream cheese into cubes and place into your slow cooker.

  3. Add the Rotel, Cream of Mushroom and ground beef. Stir all the ingredients together and cook on low heat. Stir every 30 minutes until all the ingredients have come together.
