Holiday Gift Guide for the Fitness Lover
Health + Wellness are two very important to me, so I love getting gifts that relate to fitness! Here are some of my favorites:
Under $25
Resistance Band Set - I love resistance bands because you can use them at home, on a beach or in your mom’s basement. I love Beachbody workouts, and some of them require them so there is no excuse for not working out.
Blender Bottle, $6-9 - Whether it’s for preworkout or protein, Blender Bottles are awesome. The round whisk will get out any unwanted lumps from any powder mix on-the-go!
Epsom Salt, $8 - Epsom salt baths are great post-workout. It will help with achy muscles from a hardcore workout. Pair this bag of epsom salt with a yummy candle to make the perfect at-home spa kit.
Apple Watch Band, $6 - Authentic Apple Watch bands run about $50! But, here is one with 4.75 stars under $7 on Amazon. There are so many colors to choose from, so you can get your secret santa a few colors.
Invisibobble Hair Ties, $8: These hair ties are great for people with long hair. They don’t leave creases after your workout, which makes them awesome. They look a little weird at first, but I don’t think I’ll ever go back to regular hair ties!
Foam Roller Set, $20 - When in doubt, foam roll it out. After a tough workout, it’s smart to roll out your muscles. Muscles start out like noodles. When you work your muscles out, the “noodles” start to bunch up, causing pain and knots. Foam rolling straightens your “noodles” back up.
Que Bottle, $25 - This collapsable water bottle is perfect for anyone on the go. It can shrink down to save space in your gym bag, but can expand to give you more space for water!
Nike Headband, $15 - This is no ordinary headband—it’s a Dri Fit headband that keeps you cool and dry during your workout. Works for men, women and kids!
Under $50
HydroFlask, $35 - I know, it may seem a little pricey for a water bottle— but this is THE water bottle. HydroFlasks are nice because they keep your liquids hot or cold for 24 hours, even if you leave it in a hot car. They also have a lifetime warranty in case anything happens to ut!
Men’s Joggers, $45 - Warm sweats are always a great gift. The man in your life can wear these to the gym or the store this holiday season. These ones have awesome reviews and are pretty price conscious.
Silicone Gym Ring, $39 - I know this price may seem a little steep, but hear me out! Enso rings offers a lifetime warranty on your ring. If it rips or loses color, they will send you a new one no question. They make all of the colors in a traditional width and a skinny width. What makes them unique? The ridges inside! My husband and I will never go back to other silicone rings because of the ridges. Other silicones trap water + sweat in leading to gross, smelly, pruny fingers. Live In High Waist Pocket 7/8 Leggings, $56: This are just like Lululemon leggings without the price tag. Zella is an activewear brand that is exclusive to Nordstrom. The reason I love buying from them is because of their return policy. I can be confident in the leggings because I know they have a great warranty!
Adidas Hat, $34 - I have this hat and get so many compliments when I’m wearing it! It’s so simple and it matches most of my workout outfits + casual outfits. It’s perfect for a day at TopGolf, too!
Under $100
Adidas For Her (Prices Vary) - These are my ultimate favorite shoes for all kinds of workouts. They are on sale a lot around the holidays, so be on the lookout. There’s a reason the soles are called “Cloud Foam.” They are so comfortable. I wear these for all my workouts and beyond. They also pair nicely with a pair of jeans!
Adidas For Him (Prices Vary) - These are the male version of the shoes I love. I recently converted my husband to them as well. So everything I wrote above applies to these as well!
Instant Pot, $69 - Anything and oven or a crock pot can do, Instant Pot can do better! The IP is ideal for all things meal prep. Chicken breasts can be cooked in under 15 minutes and then is ready for cutting or shredding. There are so many awesome, healthy IP recipes out there. It’s pretty hard to fail!
JBL Wireless Speaker, currently on sale for $90, usually $160! - For the fitness lover that works out at home: A nice wireless speaker so they can rock out while they workout or play a fitness video on loud! This speaker is waterproof as well, so the possibilities are endless! According to my husband and all the Amazon reviews, the battery lasts FOREVER.
